Loans

• Patrons may only borrow publications produced by Kela. Kela's publications may also be read via the publications archive HELDA.
• Other publications and journals are for in-library use only
• Local loans are free of charge
• The loan period is one month
• A copy machine is available at the library
• Loans can be renewed by phone or by e-mail  

Interlibrary loans

• Interlibrary loans for in-library use and photocopies of library materials are made to other libraries and institutions.
• Patrons may request interlibrary loans and order copies through other libraries.
• Interlibrary loans and article copies may be ordered on the form for interlibrary loans, by e-mail, by fax or by phone. The loans are sent to the forwarding library used by the patron. Copies may also be sent by fax. Journals are not available for borrowing.
• Only Kela's publications are available for interlibrary loans.
• There is a charge of 6 euros for each loan and for each batch of up to 10 pages of article copies. A handling fee of 6 euros is charged for article copies sent by fax.
• Loans can be renewed by phone or by e-mail
• Kela's library code is Ka
