Benefit overpayment issues are handled both by Kela offices and designated Overpayment Recovery Units. Unless you’ve received correspondence from a specific Overpayment Recovery Unit, please call to customer service numbers.
The Overpayment Recovery Units serve from 9.00 a.m. to 16.00 p.m.
