If you are attending a foreign school in order to obtain a degree, contact the phone service for those studying abroad. If you attend a Finnish school, contact your school's financial aid committee. If you have questions concerning the recovery of overpaid benefits, contact the Overpayment Recovery Unit for Western Finland. If you have questions concerning the repayment of defaulted student loans by Kela, contact the Guarantee Liability Unit.
