Kela invites customer feedback on redesigned Kela.fi site
Marika LeedKela has launched a beta version of its redesigned website, which can be accessed at http://beta.kela.fi.
Kela invites customers to provide feedback about the site, especially about the user experience on mobile devices. The redesigned site will replace the current website at www.kela.fi later this spring.
"Before launching our redesigned site, we hope to hear from our customers what areas could still use improvement," says development manager Marika Leed. "Customers can use a questionnaire on the beta site to send us feedback."
Comments and suggestions for improvement will be used to improve the website.
The site has been designed to adjust automatically to any screen size from a widescreen monitor to a smartphone. In practice this means that the width of the page and the ordering of page elements are determined dynamically for each user.
"The new service is our response to growing demand from our customers," Marika Leed says. As many as 8% of users access the kela.fi site on a tablet or a mobile phone and their share is growing.
Key information such as contact details and links to online customer service appears in a quick link menu for better visibility and ease of use.
The kela.fi site received a total of 19 million visits in 2012.
