The questions are answered by Kela offices and units throughout Finland. If your feedback / question is about our customer service or a specific benefit, you are free to contact any Kela office you like or you can direct your feedback specifically to the Centre for Student Financial Aid or the Office for International Affairs.

Select the Centre for Student Financial Aid if your feedback concerns student financial aid or the service you have received from the Centre. University students should contact their university's financial aid committee.

Select the Office for International Affairs if your feedback concerns pension or coverage-related matter which was handled by the Office, the service you have received from the Office, or the social security arrangements related to moving from Finland.

If you have a question about moving to Finland, select the local Kela office of your future place of residence from the menu.
