If you would like to provide feedback on the accessibility of our online services, please use the feedback form in the accessibility statement.

Please don’t use the feedback form for your personal business with Kela

Please note that because your feedback is not linked to your case records at Kela, you cannot use the feedback form for personal business, such as reporting a change in your circumstances, a new bank account number or cancelling an appointment.

We also cannot reply to any questions you may have about your individual situation through the feedback system.

If you represent an employer or a partner organisation, you can conduct business with Kela

Feedback about booking a taxi or a specific taxi service

If you have feedback about booking a taxi or a specific taxi service, please give it primarily directly to the service provider the taxi was booked with. The service providers report the feedback they have received to Kela monthly. See service providers in your area.

If you wish to give general feedback about a taxi service, you can give it using the feedback form. In that case, remember to state the region and the service provider you booked the taxi with. 

If you wish that Kela more specifically investigates your case as regards a taxi service, send a message via OmaKela or call the customer service number.

Feedback about rehabilitation

If you have feedback about rehabilitation, please give it in the first place directly to the rehabilitation provider. You can also give feedback about your rehabilitation via OmaKela, by phone or by visiting a customer service point.
