The statistics on conscripts' allowances are compiled from individual-level statistical registers, which are based on benefit databases created in the course of providing conscripts' allowances.
Published monthly and once per calendar year.
Time of completion or release
Monthly statistics on housing assistance for conscripts are published within 5 weeks of the statistical reference month. Quarterly statistics on the conscript's allowance and the associated annual statistics are published within 6 weeks of the end of the quarter. An annual publication titled "Kelan sotilasavustustilasto 20XX) is published by the end of September following the statistical reference year.
The time series on the conscript's allowance are mutually comparable since 1994.
