Data collection methods and data sources
Compiled from individual-level statistical registers, which are based on benefit databases created in the course of providing rehabilitation benefits and services.
Updating frequency
Published monthly and once per calendar year.
Time of completion or release
Monthly statistics are published within one week of the reference month. Annual statistics are released by the middle of the year following the reference year.
Time series
The key statistical units for rehabilitation (rehabilitation client, rehabilitation procedure and expenditure) are comparable from the 1970s. On the level of individual procedures, the statistics are comparable from 1992.
