How to work with reports in Kelasto.
Statutory child day care allowances are provided in the form of monthly benefits to families. Their purpose is to provide financial support for the day care of children who are under school age or who are starting school. They are paid in the form of child home care allowance, private day care allowance, flexible care allowance and partial care allowance. The statistics on child care allowances offer statistical information about recipient families, eligible children and the benefit amounts paid in EUR. The statistics on the municipal payments supplemental to the child home care and private day care allowances cover the municipalities that have an agreement with Kela concerning the payment of the municipal supplements.
