Maximum amount of housing costs

The maximum amount of the housing costs is affected by the municipality where the accommodation is located.

The housing costs that exceed the maximum amount you must always pay yourself. In addition, you will also have to pay a deductible.

Finnish municipalities are divided into three classes based on the level of local housing costs:
