Remote service

Remote service means Kela’s customer service over a remote connection. Via the remote service you can talk with Kela’s customer service specialist over a computer’s video and audio connection.

Via the remote service you can get personal advice and can conduct your business just as if you were visiting Kela’s customer service point. The remote service is thus comparable to service at Kela’s customer service points.

Where is remote service available?

The remote service can be accessed at many service points operated jointly by several authorities, Ohjaamo guidance centres, Lähitori service centres, well-being centres and service centres around the country. The service points have a public computer where you can access the remote service.
