Local offices and other customer service locations

You can find the contact details and opening hours of Kela's offices in the Customer Service Locator.

You can contact any Kela office. Visit your local Kela office for personal assistance and guidance with the benefits available from Kela. You can also file claims for benefit or use a public terminal.

When visiting a office, please bring identification with you, such as a driving licence, passport or Kela photocard. If you are representing someone else, you will need to show both ID and a limited power of attorney from the person you are representing.

Kela's services are also available at secondary local offices and through Citizen Service Centres. Visit a secondary local office to file claims for benefit or to receive assistance with the benefits available from Kela. In Savukoski, the customer service of the secondary local office is open on the first Monday of every month.

Citizen Service Centres are customer service points operated jointly by Kela and other public-sector organizations. You can pick up claim forms or brochures, file claims for benefit, and receive general assistance on benefits and the use of Kela's online service.
