The technical problem affects the following e-services:
- Kela's telephone customer services
- Kela’s remote services
- Kela’s chat services
- E-services for individual customers, employers and partner organisations
The services are partially unavailable due to the technical problem.
The problem appeared at 00.45 on 23.4.2026, and its cause is being investigated.
