The disruption began on 13 October 2026 at 8.15 and is causing delays in postal letters sent by Kela. The disruption does not affect payments to customers' bank accounts, and benefit payments will be made on time as scheduled. Customers can also view their benefit decisions in the OmaKela e-service, where the decisions are available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Häiriö alkoi 13.10.2026 klo 8.15. Häiriö viivästyttää Kelasta lähtevää kirjepostia. Häiriö ei vaikuta maksujen siirtymiseen asiakkaiden tileille, ja etuudet maksetaan asiakkaille ajallaan. Asiakkaiden etuuspäätökset ovat luettavissa myös OmaKelassa, jossa ne näkyvät asiakkaille tavalliseen tapaan. Pahoittelemme häiriöstä aiheutuvaa haittaa.

Störningen började 13.10.2026 kl. 8.15. Störningen fördröjer brevposten från FPA. Störningen påverkar inte överföringen av betalningar till kundernas konton, dvs. förmånerna betalas i tid till kunderna. Kunderna kan läsa sina förmånsbeslut också i e-tjänsten MittFPA. Där syns besluten som vanligt. Vi beklagar det besvär störningen medför.
