Some of the benefit payments that should have been deposited into customers’ bank accounts on Tuesday, 25th of August. have not been deposited yet. Kela has processed the payments and forwarded them to the banks on time. The delay is on the banks’ end.   The payments are expected to appear in customers’ bank accounts before the end of the payment date.   Kela Technical Support tekninentuki@kela.fi

Osa tiistain 25.08. etuusmaksuista ei ole vielä kirjautunut asiakkaiden pankkitileille. Maksut ovat lähteneet Kelasta pankkeihin normaalisti ja oikeaan aikaan, mutta pankeissa maksut eivät välttämättä ole vielä siirtyneet asiakkaiden tileille. En del av förmånsutbetalningarna tisdag 25.08 finns ännu inte på kundernas bankkonton. Utbetalningarna har skickats från FPA till bankerna på normalt sätt och vid rätt tidpunkt, men på bankerna har utbetalningarna nödvändigtvis ännu inte överförts till kundernas konton. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need <a href="https://www.kela.fi/authorising-another-person"> a specific power of attorney</a> from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>
