Technical problems in submitting unemployment status reports in OmaKela

Some users are experiencing issues when trying to submit their unemployment status reports in the OmaKela e-service.
Do as follows if your unemployment status report refuses to send correctly:
- Delete your unsent unemployment status report in OmaKela.
- Complete the unemployment status report again and submit it.
If your unemployment status report still refuses to send after you have completed the two steps above, please contact Kela’s technical support at tekninentuki@kela.fi.
