Some benefit payments are late due to delays at banks

Some of the benefit payments that should have been deposited into customers’ bank accounts on 4.12.2025 have not been deposited yet. Kela has processed the payments and forwarded them to the banks on time. The delay is on the banks’ end.
The payments are expected to appear in customers’ bank accounts before the end of the payment date.
