Due to a technical problem, you currently cannot get a confirmation message with information on your interpreting session via the text message channel for the interpreter services for persons with disabilities the day before your session. Vammaisten tulkkauspalvelun tekstiviestikanavasta lähtevä viesti tulkkaustilausta edeltävänä päivänä klo 16.00 on poissa käytöstä häiriön vuoksi. Häiriö alkoi 26.5.2026 klo 16.00, ja sen syytä selvitetään parhaillaan. Pahoittelemme häiriöstä aiheutuvaa haittaa. Kelan tekninen tuki tekninentuki@kela.fi

På grund av en störning kan sms-kanalen för tolktjänsten för personer med funktionsnedsättning inte skicka ut det meddelande som brukar skickas ut dagen före ett tolkningsuppdrag kl. 16.00. Störningen började 26.5.2026 kl 16.00 och orsaken till den utreds som bäst. Vi beklagar det besvär störningen medför. FPA:s tekniska support tekninentuki@fpa.fi

Due to updates on 4/6/2026 the OmaKela e-service and the e-services for employers and partner organizations will be unavailable at 6–8 the appointment booking system will be unavailable at 6–8 our customer feedback system will be unavailable at 6–8. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

<p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need <a href="https://www.kela.fi/authorising-another-person"> a specific power of attorney</a> from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

You can also go to a joint service point or a remote service point. You can get general guidance and submit applications at joint service points. At remote service points, you can communicate with a Kela specialist via a video connection.
