<h1>Kela’s e-service for EU citizens has been redesigned</h1>

<p><strong>Via the web page, citizens of other EU countries can henceforth send applications and documents to Kela online. </strong></p>

<p>Citizens of other EU countries can handle their Kela contacts online via a web page designed specifically for them. Until now, it has via the web page been possible for customers to send messages and ask for advice or ask Kela to contact them. Henceforth customers can also send applications and documents to Kela via the web page.</p>

<p>An eIDAS identification tool is used to log in to the web page. The common European eIDAS is an identification method for EU citizens with the help of which customers can log in to for instance Kela’s e-service with their own country’s identification tools.</p>

<h2>How to manage your Kela-related matters via the e-service</h2>

<ol>
	<li>Select Kirjaudu - OmaKela at the top of the kela.fi page.</li>
	<li>Select Ulkomaalaisen tunnistustavat and log in with the identification tools of your own country. </li>
	<li>Via the page you can send messages, application forms and documents to Kela. </li>

<h1>EU-maiden kansalaisten asiointisivu uudistui</h1>

<p><strong>Asiointisivun kautta muiden maiden EU-kansalaiset voivat jatkossa lähettää Kelaan hakemuksia ja liitteitä verkossa. </strong></p>

<p>Muiden EU-maiden kansalaiset voivat asioida Kelan kanssa verkossa heille tarkoitetun asiointisivun kautta. Tähän asti asiointisivulla asiakas on voinut kirjoittaa viestin ja pyytää neuvoa tai yhteydenottoa Kelalta. Jatkossa asiakas voi lisäksi lähettää hakemuslomakkeita ja liitteitä Kelaan asiointisivun kautta.</p>

<p>Asiointisivulle kirjaudutaan eIDAS-tunnistautumisvälineellä. Yhteiseurooppalainen eIDAS on EU-kansalaisille tarkoitettu tunnistautumiskeino, jonka avulla asiakas voi kirjautua esimerkiksi Kelan verkkopalveluihin oman maansa tunnistusvälineillä.</p>

	<li>Valitse kela.fi-sivuston yläreunasta kohta Kirjaudu – OmaKela.</li>
	<li>Valitse Ulkomaalaisen tunnistustavat ja kirjaudu oman maasi tunnistusvälineillä. </li>
	<li>Avautuvalla asiointisivulla voit lähettää viestin, hakemuslomakkeita ja liitteitä Kelaan. </li>

<h1>FPA:s webbtjänst för EU-medborgare har förnyats</h1>

<p><strong>Medborgare i andra EU-länder kan nu skicka ansökningar och bilagor till FPA elektroniskt. </strong></p>

<p>Medborgare i andra EU-länder kan sköta sina FPA-ärenden via den webbsida som är avsedd för dem. Hittills har dessa kunder kunnat skicka ett meddelande till FPA för att be om råd eller att FPA kontaktar dem. I fortsättningen går det också att skicka ansökningsblanketter och bilagor till FPA den här vägen.</p>

<p>EU-medborgare loggar in på webbsidan med identifieringsverktyget eIDAS. Det sameuropeiska eIDAS är ett identifieringssätt avsett för EU-medborgare med vars hjälp kunden kan logga in i till exempel i FPA:s webbtjänst med identifieringsverktyget för sitt eget land.</p>

<h2>Så här sköter du FPA-ärenden elektroniskt</h2>

	<li>Gå in på www.fpa.fi och välj Logga in > MittFPA uppe till höger på sidan.</li>
	<li>Välj Identifieringssätt för utlänningar och logga in med identifieringsverktyget för ditt eget land. </li>
	<li>På den sida som öppnas kan du skicka meddelanden, ansökningsblanketter och bilagor till FPA. </li>

If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>
