A pilot study on remote services jointly organised by public authorities at Suomi-piste service points is set to end in Imatra, Nurmes and Porvoo on 27 February 2026. During the pilot study, customers can access Kela’s services via a video connection at Suomi-piste service points.
Customers can access all of Kela’s services online via the OmaKela e-service (available in Finnish or Swedish) or by calling our customer service. Personal service will also continue to be available at service points in Imatra, Nurmes and Porvoo:
- Customer service point in Imatra, Napinkuja 3, open 12–15 from Tuesday to Thursday
- Joint service point in Nurmes, Nurmeksenkatu 25, open 9–11 on Monday and Tuesday
- Customer service point in Porvoo, Lundinkatu 22, open 9–12 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
You can check the addresses and opening hours of all service points on our website at kela.fi/visit-kela.
