Kela’s website and e-services will undergo updates on 17 May 2025 that will affect their availability as follows: Kela’s website will be unavailable from 6.00 to 14.00 The OmaKela e-service and the e-services for employers and partner organisations will be unavailable from 6.00 to 20.00 The Kelmu benefit information service will be unavailable from 6.00 to 20.00 The appointment booking system will be unavailable from 6.00 to 10.00 The online recruitment system will be unavailable from 1.00 to 8.00. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Päivitystöiden takia 17.5. kela.fi on poissa käytöstä klo 6–14 OmaKela sekä työnantajien ja kumppanien asiointipalvelut ovat poissa käytöstä klo 6–20 etuustietopalvelu Kelmussa on käyttökatko klo 6–20 ajanvarausjärjestelmässä on käyttökatko klo 6–10 rekrytointijärjestelmässä on käyttökatko klo 1–8. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.
