<p>Kela publishes benefit guides and brochures intended for individual customers and partner organisations every year. You can order printed benefit guides and brochures using the form below. The minimum order is 10 copies/brochure and the maximum order is 100 copies/brochure.</p>

<p>The brochure about the freedom of choice pilot for persons over 65 years is being renewed since new examinations will be added to the pilot from July 1. The new version of the brochure in English is on its way. </p>

<p>Kela julkaisee vuosittain henkilöasiakkaille ja kumppaneille tarkoitettuja esitteitä. Voit tilata painettuja esitteitä alla olevalla lomakkeella. Tilauksen minimimäärä on 10 kpl/esite ja maksimimäärä 100 kpl/esite.  </p>

<h2>Valinnanvapauskokeilun esite – uusi versio on nyt tilattavissa </h2>

<p>65 vuotta täyttäneiden valinnanvapauskokeilun esitteestä on tehty uusi versio, sillä kokeiluun tulee uusia tutkimuksia 1.7. alkaen. Uusi versio painetusta esitteestä on tilattavissa suomeksi ja ruotsiksi alla olevalla tilauslomakkeella.</p>

<p>FPA ger årligen ut broschyrer för privatpersoner och samarbetspartner. Du kan beställa tryckta broschyrer genom att använda formuläret nedan. Det minsta beställningsantalet är 10 exemplar per broschyr och det högsta är 100 exemplar per broschyr.  </p>

<p>En ny version av broschyren om valfrihetsförsöket för personer som fyllt 65 år har bearbetats eftersom nya undersökningar tas med i försöket från och med 1.7. Den tryckta broschyrens nya version kan beställas på finska och svenska med formuläret nedan.</p>

<p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need <a href="https://www.kela.fi/authorising-another-person"> a specific power of attorney</a> from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

You can also go to a joint service point or a remote service point. You can get general guidance and submit applications at joint service points. At remote service points, you can communicate with a Kela specialist via a video connection.
