<p>Kela publishes benefit guides and brochures intended for individual customers and partner organisations every year. You can order printed benefit guides and brochures using the form below. The minimum order is 10 copies/brochure and the maximum order is 100 copies/brochure.   </p>

<h2>Kela's guide on unemployment benefits available for order in spring 2026</h2>

<p>An updated version of Kela's guide on unemployment benefits will be published in spring 2026. The benefit guide will be updated with information on the new general social security benefit and other changes to benefits taking effect in early 2026. The 2025 edition of the guide on unemployment benefits can be used until the new guide becomes available.</p>

<p>Kela julkaisee vuosittain henkilöasiakkaille ja kumppaneille tarkoitettuja esitteitä. Voit tilata painettuja esitteitä alla olevalla lomakkeella. Tilauksen minimimäärä on 10 kpl/esite ja maksimimäärä 100 kpl/esite.  </p>

<p>FPA ger årligen ut broschyrer för privatpersoner och samarbetspartner. Du kan beställa tryckta broschyrer genom att använda formuläret nedan. Det minsta beställningsantalet är 10 exemplar per broschyr och det högsta är 100 exemplar per broschyr.  </p>

<p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need <a href="https://www.kela.fi/authorising-another-person"> a specific power of attorney</a> from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

You can also go to a joint service point or a remote service point. You can get general guidance and submit applications at joint service points. At remote service points, you can communicate with a Kela specialist via a video connection.
