Kela publishes benefit guides, magazines, study reports and statistical publications on a regular schedule. Kela also produces an annual report.

- Elämässä
- Kela publishes a magazine for customers, Elämässä - Mitt i allt. The magazine has Finnish and Swedish pages and an English fold.
- Brochures
- Kela produces benefit guides and leaflets covering the entire range of social security benefits available from Kela. Some of them are translated to English and other languages.
Statistical publications
- Statistical Yearbook
- Yearbook presents key statistical data relating to the benefit schemes administered by the Social Insurance Institution.
- Pocket Statistics
- The booklet contains the most essential statistics compiled by Kela. It is published in three languages (Finnish, Swedish and English)
- Finnish Statistics on Medicines
- The Finnish Statistics on Medicines is published jointly by the Finnish Medicines Agency (Fimea) and the Social Insurance Institution (Kela). It is a comprehensive annual summary on the use, consumption and costs of medicines in Finland.
- Annual statistical surveys
- The Statistical Yearbook of Pensioners in Finland includes data on all recipients of statutory earnings-related and national pensions, new pension recipients and pension expenditure.
