Kela is a large data-driven organisation, whose core responsibilities are to provide customer service and to decide claims for benefit. These core functions are supported and developed further by our specialist staff around Finland, who include lawyers, communication specialists, researchers and service designers.
We also provide specialist services to our own staff. They are produced by our HR specialists and financial and facility management professionals.
