<h1>Cost estimate</h1>

<p>The majority of Kela’s expenditure on the Eepos programme is comprised of services procured from Europe and work carried out in Finland.</p>

<p>The cost estimate covers the costs of the Eepos programme’s implementation phase but not costs incurred for continuous services required during or after the programme.</p>

<p>A breakdown of the programme’s implementation costs of approximately EUR 650 million (incl. VAT 25.5%) in 2025–2033 is provided below:</p>

<h1>Kustannusarvio</h1>

<p>Valtaosa Eepos-ohjelman kustannuksista koostuu Euroopasta hankittavista palveluista ja Suomessa tehtävästä työstä.</p>

<p>Kustannusarvio sisältää Eepos-ohjelmalle kohdistuvat toimeenpanovaiheen kustannukset mutta ei ohjelman aikana tai sen jälkeen syntyviä jatkuvien palveluiden kustannuksia.</p>

<p>Ohjelman toimeenpanon noin 650 milj. euron kustannukset (sis. alv 25,5 %) vuosina 2025–2033 jakautuvat toimijoittain ja alueellisesti seuraavasti:</p>

<h1>Kostnadskalkyl</h1>

<p>Största delen av kostnaderna för Eepos-programmet består av tjänster som upphandlas i Europa och arbete som utförs i Finland.</p>

<p>Kostnadskalkylen omfattar de kostnader för genomförandet som hänför sig till Eepos-programmet, men inte kostnader för fortlöpande tjänster som uppkommer under programmets gång eller senare.</p>

<p>Kostnaderna på cirka 650 miljoner euro för genomförande av programmet (inkl. moms 25,5 %) under åren 2025–2033 fördelar sig på aktörer och områden enligt följande:</p>

<p>When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need <a href="https://www.kela.fi/authorising-another-person"> a specific power of attorney</a> from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

You can also go to a joint service point or a remote service point. You can get general guidance and submit applications at joint service points. At remote service points, you can communicate with a Kela specialist via a video connection.
