<h1>Advisory Boards and Forums</h1>

<p>Kela has both Advisory Boards and various Forums established by the Kela itself.</p>

<p>The tasks of the Advisory Boards are defined in the law. The Forums act as Kela's stakeholder and expert bodies in the content-wise and strategic development work for each theme.</p>

<p>The members of the Advisory Boards and Forums represent authorities, communities and interest organisations. Kela's experts also participate in the operation.</p>

<h1>Neuvottelukunnat ja foorumit</h1>

<p>Kelan neuvottelukuntakokonaisuuteen kuuluu kolme lakisääteistä neuvottelukuntaa sekä Kelan itsensä asettamat vuorovaikutukselliset foorumit.</p>

<p>Neuvottelukuntien tehtävät on määritelty laissa. Foorumit toimivat Kelan sidosryhmä- ja asiantuntijaeliminä kunkin teeman sisällöllisessä ja strategisessa kehittämistyössä.</p>

<p>Neuvottelukuntien ja foorumien jäsenet edustavat viranomaisia, yhteisöjä, etujärjestöjä. Toimintaan osallistuu myös Kelan asiantuntijoita.</p>

<h1>Delegationer och forum</h1>

<p>Helheten omfattar både lagstadgade delegationer och olika forum som FPA själv inrättat.</p>

<p>Delegationernas uppgifter är definierade i lagen. Forumen fungerar som FPA:s intressent- och expertorgan i det innehållsmässiga och strategiska utvecklingsarbetet för varje tema.</p>

<p>Ledamöterna i delegationerna och forumen representerar myndigheter, samfund och intresseorganisationer. FPA:s sakkunniga deltar också i verksamheten.</p>

Kela has a total of eight advisory boards. Many of them carry out responsibilities specified in law. The Advisory Boards are comprised of representatives of government and other institutions, advocacy groups and the Kela staff.

Kelassa on kahdeksan neuvottelukuntaa, joista monen tehtävät on määritelty laissa. Neuvottelukunnissa on viranomaisten, yhteisöjen, etujärjestöjen ja Kelan henkilöstön edustus.

Det finns åtta olika delegationer om vars uppgifter stadgats i lag. I delegationerna finns representanter för myndigheterna, sammanslutningar och intresseorganisationer samt FPA:s personal.

If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>
