Appealing a decision made by an Administrative Court

You may appeal decisions of the Administrative Court to the Supreme Administrative Court if the Supreme Administrative Court gives you leave to appeal. If the case concerns recovery of social assistance, you do not need a leave to appeal.

Instructions on how to request a leave to appeal are provided by the Administrative Court that made the decision and the Supreme Administrative Court.
