<h1>Rehabilitation courses for persons who have had a cerebrovascular accident (AVH)</h1>

<p>Kela provides rehabilitation courses for adults who have had a cerebrovascular accident. The rehabilitation is multidisciplinary and group-based.</p>

<p>The course provides life management support and advice on how to come to terms with the challenges caused by the cerebrovascular accident as well as help with practical problems. A requirement for participating in the course is that you are motivated to take part in group-based rehabilitation.</p>

<p>There are four different courses for adults who have had a cerebrovascular accident:</p>

<h1>Kuntoutuskurssit aivoverenkiertohäiriön (AVH) sairastaneille</h1>

<p>Kela järjestää kuntoutuskursseja aivoverenkiertohäiriön sairastaneille aikuisille. Kuntoutus on moniammatillista ja ryhmämuotoista.</p>

<p>Kurssilta saat tukea elämäntilanteesi hallintaan sekä keinoja aivoverenkiertohäiriöstä aiheutuvien haasteiden ymmärtämiseen ja käytännön ongelmien ratkaisemiseen. Kurssille osallistuminen edellyttää, että olet motivoitunut ryhmässä toteutettavaan kuntoutukseen.</p>

<p>Aivoverenkiertohäiriön sairastaneille aikuisille on neljä eri kurssia:</p>

<h1>Rehabiliteringskurser för personer som haft stroke</h1>

<p>FPA ordnar rehabiliteringskurser för vuxna som haft stroke. Rehabiliteringen är multiprofessionell och den genomförs i grupp.<br>
På en kurs för personer som haft stroke får du stöd för att hantera din livssituation samt verktyg för att förstå de utmaningar som en stroke medför och för att kunna lösa praktiska problem. För att delta i en kurs behöver du vara motiverad att delta i rehabilitering som genomförs i grupp.<br>
För vuxna som haft stroke ordnas det fyra olika slag av kurser:</p>

If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p><p>If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.</p><p>You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.</p>

Customer service points where service is provided by Kela’s employees. You can get personal advice in all Kela-related matters.

Service points where service is provided by the municipality’s employees. You can get general guidance on Kela’s benefits and services. You can pick up forms and brochures and file applications.
