<p>If you or your family would like to talk to a Kela counsellor about basic social assistance, call Kela's customer service at 020 634 2550 or contact a Kela service point. You have the right to have a consultation with a Kela staff member about basic social assistance within seven working days of requesting such a consultation from Kela. You can have Kela book you an appointment, or you can book an appointment yourself. <a href="/book-appointment">Read how to book an appointment</a>.</p>

<h2>Possibility to have a joint consultation with Kela and the wellbeing services county</h2>

<p>Kela and the wellbeing services county can also have a joint consultation with you. You can request such a consultation yourself. To do so, either call 020 634 2550, visit a Kela customer service point or contact the social services office of your wellbeing services county.</p>

<p>Om du eller din familj behöver få diskutera någon fråga som har att göra med det grundläggande utkomststödet kan du ringa FPA:s servicenummer 020 692 227 eller vända dig till något av FPA:s serviceställen.</p>

<p>Du har rätt att diskutera ditt utkomststödsärende med en FPA-anställd inom sju vardagar från det att du gjort en begäran om detta till FPA. Vid behov kan kundrådgivaren boka en tid åt dig. Du kan också själv&nbsp;boka tid för kundservice. <a href="/boka-tid">Läs mer om tidbokning.</a></p>

<h2>Möjlighet till gemensamt möte med FPA och välfärdsområdet</h2>

<p>FPA och välfärdsområdet kan också ordna ett gemensamt möte med dig. Du kan också själv begära ett gemensamt möte. Du kan göra detta genom att ringa vårt servicenummer 020 692 227, besöka ett av våra serviceställen eller kontakta socialservicen i ditt välfärdsområde.&nbsp;</p>
