There were problems with the transmission of Kela benefit payments on Tuesday, 25 August. Customers of S-Pankki received on Tuesday, 25 August, certain benefits one day earlier than scheduled. These benefits were originally due to be paid on Wednesday, 26 August. In addition, there were delays in the transmission of benefit payments due on Tuesday, 25 August, to the accounts of Nordea and S-Pankki customers. The issue was caused by a disruption in Nordea’s payment processing services, which has now been resolved. The payments were sent from Kela to the banks normally and on schedule. S-pankin asiakkaat ovat saaneet tiistaina 25.8. päivän etuajassa etuuksia, joiden olisi pitänyt tulla maksuun vasta keskiviikkona 26. elokuuta. Lisäksi tiistain 25.8. etuusmaksujen välittymisessä Nordean ja S-pankin asiakkaiden tileille on ollut viivettä. Ongelma johtuu Nordean maksujenkäsittelyssä olleesta häiriöstä, joka on nyt saatu korjattua. Maksut ovat lähteneet Kelasta pankkeihin normaalisti ja oikeaan aikaan. Det har förekommit problem med förmedlingen av FPA:s förmånsutbetalningar tisdagen den 25 augusti. S-Bankens kunder har tisdagen den 25 augusti fått förmåner utbetalda en dag i förväg, trots att utbetalningen skulle ha skett först onsdagen den 26 augusti. Dessutom har det förekommit förseningar i förmedlingen av förmånsutbetalningar den 25 augusti till konton hos Nordea och S-Banken. Problemet beror på en störning i Nordeas betalningshantering, som nu har åtgärdats. Utbetalningarna har skickats från FPA till bankerna normalt och vid rätt tidpunkt. FPA beklagar de olägenheter som störningen orsakar kunderna. FPA:s tekniska support tekninentuki@fpa.fi
