<h1>Visit Kela – offices and service points</h1>

<p>You are welcome to visit any of Kela’s own customer service points and any municipal service points.</p>

<p>Some customer service points you can only visit by appointment.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Call our <a href="/call-kela">nationwide customer service number</a> to request an appointment at a customer service point. You can also handle your Kela-related matters easily on the phone.</li>
	<li>It is not possible to call Kela’s individual customer service points.</li>
	<li>You also cannot book an appointment online to visit a customer service point.</li>
</ul>

<p>When you visit a Kela customer service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p>

<h1>Tule käymään Kelassa – palvelupisteet ja asiointipisteet</h1>

<p>Voit asioida missä tahansa Kelan omassa palvelupisteessä tai kunnan asiointipisteessä.</p>

<p>Joissakin palvelupisteissä voi asioida vain ajanvarauksella.</p>

<h1>Kom på besök – FPA:s serviceställen och servicepunkter</h1>

<p>Du kan uträtta dina FPA-ärenden på vilket som helst av FPA:s egna serviceställen eller vid kommunens servicepunkter.</p>

<p>På vissa serviceställen kan man uträtta ärenden endast med tidsbokning.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Ring vår <a href="/ring-fpa">riksomfattande telefontjänst</a> så bokar vi vid behov en tid för dig till servicestället. Du kan också enkelt sköta dina FPA-ärenden per telefon. </li>
	<li>Det går inte att ringa till ett enskilt FPA-serviceställe.</li>
	<li>
	<p>Det går inte att boka tid på nätet till ett serviceställe.</p>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>Ta med dig ett identitetsbevis, exempelvis körkort eller pass, när du besöker ett FPA-serviceställe. Om du sköter en annan persons ärenden behöver du en specificerad fullmakt av personen i fråga samt eget identitetsbevis.</p>
