Maintenance breaks and technical problems in the OmaKela e-service
The OmaKela e-service is unavailable for scheduled weekly maintenance each Sunday between 02:30 and 04:00. Maintenance breaks may also occur between 06:00 and 08:00 on Thursdays. During the maintenance break, the e-service will be unavailable.
Major updates to the OmaKela e-service take place quarterly, during which the e-service is unavailable for about a day. New features and functionalities may be introduced in such updates. Upcoming maintenance breaks and their durations are notified in advance at kela.fi.
The OmaKela e-service works best in the most recent versions of popular browsers. While you can use an earlier version, the service may not function correctly at all times. The service may also look different or its usability may be degraded. Internet Explorer is not supported.
