The route to the main entrance

The main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.
In the facility
- The customer service point is on the same floor as the entrance.
- The customer service point has directions to the different facilities.
- The customer service point has 3 consecutive steps with handrails on both sides. The steps are marked with contrast stripes.
- The customer service point has a steep ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
- The doors in the customer service point are hard to perceive. The glass doors have contrast markings.
- The waiting room of the customer service point has a queue number system and seats.
- The customer service point has a fixed induction loop.

Advice for visitors
When you visit a service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.
If you bring your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate, you can manage your Kela-related affairs on a self-service computer at the service point.
You are permitted to bring a guide dog, an assistance dog or a government working dog to a service point.
