Customer registration form

On the customer registration form you provide Kela with the data that is needed so that interpreter service can be arranged for you. The Centre for Interpreting Services for the Disabled needs for instance your e-mail address or phone number and data on the communication methods that you use. A suitable interpreter will be allocated to your booking on the basis of the data you have provided.

On the customer registration form you should also indicate whether or not you wish to use an interpreter list.

Keep your customer data up-to-date

If your customer data change, you should contact the Centre for Interpreting Services for the Disabled or send an updated customer registration form to Kela by post or via the message function in the online customer service system.
