Please don’t use the feedback form for your personal business with Kela
Please note that because your feedback is not linked to your case records at Kela, you cannot use the feedback form for personal business, such as reporting a change in your circumstances, a new bank account number or cancelling an appointment.
We also cannot reply to any questions you may have about your individual situation through the feedback system.

- via the e-service for employers (in Finnish or Swedish)
- via the chat or phone services for employers
- via the chat or phone services for partner organisations.
Feedback about booking a taxi or a specific taxi service
If you have feedback about booking a taxi or a specific taxi service, please give it directly to the dispatch centre that it concerns or where you booked your taxi.
